Tank Rivals - Missions is my kind of game. Available currently for just the BlackBerry Z10 it's a fast paced, 3D, tank shoot-em-up, and it isn't easy which makes it even more of a challenge.
The concept of the game is simple; you control your tank and you need to destroy all the enemy ones. You maneuver your tank using a virtual joy pad on the left of the display and to fire a shell it's just a case of tapping anywhere on the screen to aim. You only get a certain amount of shells in each round so it's worth remembering that instead of just blasting away.
To help you - each level contains different walls which shells can't penetrate, so these allow you to take cover when the need arises. At the start of the game the enemy tanks take a couple of hits to destroy, but as you progress you'll discover a variety of enemies of which some are rather hard to kill. You'll earn coins as you complete levels and these can be used to upgrade your tank as time goes on.
The game takes a bit of getting used to at first. It's a ton of fun and the graphics and sound are pretty sweet, but it isn't as easy as it looks. The game was on the Android platform before it became available for BlackBerry 10 and the BlackBerry World description is clearly much the same as the one in Google Play - where the game is free. I'm afraid that for us BlackBerry users we have to pay £0.75/$0.99 for it, but I don't hold a grudge. It probably took the dev a load of work to get it ready for BlackBerry as this isn't a standard port - it's a true BlackBerry 10 game.

I'm loving Tank Rivals - Missions. Give it a shot and let us know what you think?
