BlackBerry makes the best mobile computing solution currently available, hardware and software. As far as carriers, the one thing I noticed is going to sound weird, but it's true. The fact that my particular carrier is "old school" in that it is still a "crown corporation" operating in a competitive environment, just like any other carrier, except they actually deliver unparalleled service and options. They're WAY more flexible in how they deal with the diversity of clients they provide the network services to than any other carrier. Because they have no choice, they're here simply to provide the best possible network for EVERYBODY! They're SaskTel and quite frankly, the best carrier available in this province. Hands down the best. Really too bad they couldn't go "national" - who knows, perhaps they will. They have unlimited data too, which rocks!
SaskTel is also the most affordable carrier in my province. They have the best service, unlimited data, always able to get a new BlackBerry whenever. Nothing bad about SaskTel in my experiences. Sure they're "incumbent" - but they're awesome!
SaskTel is a joke. Unlimited data my ass. It's 10G then cuts down to half speed. It took them forever to come out with software updates. I'm still running 10.1.0.4181. Socialist bums.

You're right. You'd be much better off switching to 500mb for twice the price, cause throttling after 10gb is unacceptable!

Also, they laughed at me when I per ordered my Z10, "who's going to buy them, BlackBerry is going bankrupt" they said. They talked every single one of my friends out of a Z10 or Q10, saying there crappy everyone is bringing them back in cuz they don't like them. SaskTel doesn't care about BlackBerry. Being a crown corporation they shouldn't turn ppl away from BlackBerry they should be influencing ppl to buy them. Mr. Brad Wall sell this shity company they have no pride in Canadian technology.

U.S carriers wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the customer service. I swear I know more about the phones than the reps in the stores do and more than half the time they end up calling customer service just to help them out with the most smallest of problems that can be easily fixed.
For instance, with Sprint my friend had problems with his phone not connecting to the network. Of course he had this problem before and tried some of the simple solutions until he had no choice but to go to the store. Once there he told the rep not to turn of the device because the power button doesn't work. First thing the rep did was turn the phone off and couldn't do anything right after that. After he had order the parts to fix the power button he called instead and solved the problem in 20 minutes.
Boys.... That was - by far - the most boring "Talk Mobile Weekly Hangout" in the history of CB.....
Well, here in Nashville, you have to twist a TMOBILE rep to show you the z10. Ignorance is no bliss. It's a great phone.......not appealing to children who want a toy!
