For the majority of us, we still rely on gas to make us go (and no I’m not talking about bodily functions). If you travel a lot and are always on the road, you know what a pain it can be to have to keep track of trip mileage, times and dates. Well VQ Mileage Tracker hopes to solve all your problems by automatically gathering the most needed information. The app uses device GPS along with built-in Bluetooth (or a Bluetooth car charger) in your vehicle to determine when you start and end a trip. VQ Mileage Tracker will gather all of the information for your expense reports, including date and time, distance of the trip and even the destination address. One click lets you generate a report and email it off.
"Most existing mileage tracking apps are what we call 'digital pencils', in that they require you to manually key in everything," adds Korn. "VQ Mileage Tracker does all of this for the user. It automatically notes the date and time, how far you drove, and the address you drove to every time you drive your car, then emails you all this information when you're ready to submit an expense report."
