ScoreMobile, the go-to sports app for BlackBerry, has just been updated to version 1.8.7. In addition to some small bug fixes, this version adds an NCAA tournament bracket view for keeping track of all the March Madness action. A pretty sweet update if you'll be on the go come tourney time.

If you own a BlackBerry 7 device and are an avid sports lover then no doubt you've been waiting for ScoreMobile to release a compatible update. The wait is finally over. Love sports? If so then you probably already have the ScoreMobile app installed on your BlackBerry. Now, do you love golf? If you do, then you may want to know that Score Media has managed to get television and digital rights to provide you live coverage of the Emirates Australian Open, which begins on November 9th. Greg Sansone, Vice President, Broadcast Operations, Score Media Inc. says:

The Emirates Australian Open is one of the world's oldest national golf opens and this year's tournament, featuring some of golf's most notable names, will be a highlight for golf fans

The schedule for the exclusive live broadcasts are: 

• Wednesday November 9th from 8pm - 1am
• Thursday November 10th from 8pm - 1am
• Friday November 11th from 10pm - 1am
• Saturday November 12th from 9pm - 1am

The final round will also be replayed on Sunday November 13th from 8am - 1pm. Quite a while ago we saw a preview of the upcoming BBM features that would be integrated into everyone's favorite sports app ScoreMobile. While at BlackBerry World we saw plenty of good stuff that is in the RIM pipeline. One of which is the BBM Social Platform and how it can be used in apps on BlackBerry. The new features will change the way we interact with apps and allow users to easily share info, play games and much more. One of the apps that will integrate BBM is ScoreMobile.
