Despite earlier confirmation coming from BlackBerry CEO John Chen during CES 2016 that the BlackBerry Priv would be arriving on Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint, it now appears as though Sprint may have decided against releasing the first-Android powered BlackBerry to their customers.
Until recently, Sprint's customer care via Twitter was advising those who asked about the Priv launch to stay tuned, but now, the replies given to customers have changed to state Sprint will no longer be offering the device. It's not just one off answer either; multiple reps said the same.
As we know it, Twitter is not always the best place for accuracy so we've inquired with Sprint to see what they say on the matter and will update if needed but for now, if you've been holding out hope for a Priv on Sprint, you might have reconsider your options. Might be a good time to reconsider Sprint in general.
