awesome.

ps to the poster above. you can not download it. It is in alpha and we already have seen what happens when it gets leaked. The longer we wait, the better

Before I switched from a WinMo phone to a Blackberry, this was my browser of choice. Nice to see development resume, but I'd rather see the integrated browser optimized a bit, IMHO.

Let skyfire continue its work. I don't wanna hear about another leak that stops production. I thought that was a B.S excuse by skyfire but whatever to that. Don't give them another reason to stop working folks. I'm happy with using BolT Browser for now. Can't wait for Skyfire..Peace.

can you stream using bolt web browser?

It invokes the BB Media Player.

I've been teased with this so many times that I really don't care if it gets released or not. The last Alpha version that got leaked was so far from being usable, that I won't count on seeing the finished product for quite a while.

I just want to be able to bring up a website within the brower such as an internet radio station, click "listen live" and hear it GO..Nobex doesn't work all that well and we all know moodio.fm isn't working anymore on Sprint phones. Will this be able to do that?

Man I totally need one of these, I am forever losing my car. Even went to the wrong parking garage once and searched for almost an hour before finding I was in the wrong garage.

I saw a download link for this last night at Blackberry Rocks. This was the site that has/had BB Messenger 5.0 OTA links. I finally reloaded BB5.0 on my Storm last night. Took me almost 2 days to find this website..

Blackberryrocks.com Was good last night, but it said it did not work well with the storm.

so how many browsers can u get for the blackberry

This is the first browser to support Flash/Silverlight for the BlackBerry. Also, it allows you to use this as your default browser instead of the one provided by RIM. The work is moving along very well and the team at Skyfire is doing an excellent job listening to the Alpha group's suggestions and comments.

i've been waiting for it for a long time

I wonder if this has anything to do with RIM's plans to have an iPhone comparable browser by next summer. I'm sure Skyfire will still be better but at least there is a clock on them now.
