Shazam For BlackBerry Updated To Version 2.5- Music Videos And 7Digital Music Purchases Added

Shazam for BlackBerry rolled out version 2.5 last week. Some cool new functions were added to the mix with this release that I'm sure most users can appreciate. Especially, since they work quite nicely from my testing. The rundown of new features is as follows:
- Searching And Launching Of YouTube Videos From Tagged Music.
- In App Ability To "Tweet" Tagged Music To All Of Your Twitter Followers.
- Integrated In App Music Purchases Direct From The 7Digital Music Store.
Since its initial release, Shazam hasn't really seen that many updates or functionality added. So these additions are welcomed ones for sure. You can check out the free or paid versions of Shazam in BlackBerry App World. For me, the 5 tags per month the free version offers is enough but other users may want the unlimited tagging options that Shazam Encore brings. In either case, the free version of Shazam does offer a free 7 day trial to try out the service so you can decide.

iPhone version used the iTunes Store, but for BlackBerry there was nothing good like that until 7digital came around. Integrating Shazam with 7digital is super as well as the in-app tweeting possibility.
All music lovers, UNITE! :D

Yeah, 7Digital is a fantastic addition... If you live in Europe (and Canada/North America?)!
What about us Australians?
Add support for something like bandit.fm (a popular, multi-label, online music store with a BIG catalog and copyright/DRM-free music in premium-quality, MP3 format; run by Sony) or the BigPond Music Store (our largest online music store with copyright/DRM-free music in premium-quality, MP3 format; run by our largest telecommunications provider, Telstra), then I'll get excited by the whole "buy now" thing... Personally, I use bandit.fm, so it'd be great to see support this added.
The YouTube integration looks pretty promising, however...

This app is very cool but I’d love to have more than 5 free searches per month. It’s totally free on Android. Why pay for it on BB OS? Where’s the love?

Mine just shuts down after searching for a network connection, anyone else having this problem?

I bought this a month or so ago and love it. Wonder how I would go about getting the upgrade?

The in-applicate update is still showing the former version (2.1.0) as the latest version!
I've sent an e-mail to Shazam about this though, so hopefully they get back to me pretty quickly...

is Shazam compatible with 5.0 yet? last time I heard they never fixed the permissions problems with allowing the app to record in 5.0 so...

I have had it with OS 4.5 and moved to OS 5.0 and didn't lose the use of my Shazam app. Not sure why anyone would say it didn't work with 5.0.
