Shazam for BlackBerry updated to v2.7  

If you frequent using Shazam to help you find out the names of songs and artists you through out the run of your day, then you'll want to fire up BlackBerry App World if you haven't already and grab the latest update available. v2.7 was posted and looks to fix some bugs within the app you may have been experiencing.

  • Fixed Twitter
  • Implemented “Share by Facebook”
  • Setting Icon added to homescreen
  • Fixed permissions issues for people using Company phone
  • Reduced App size

Not a huge update but and update nonetheless. The download is live and available now in BlackBerry App World. If you're not seeing it, simply refresh app world and it should appear for you after that.

The app is great and fast. The problem is that it is Not Free......You will be charged after a while......Only 5 checks.....

Still not available for the Pearl 9100 and I'm wondering why. I loaded an old COD with BBSAK and it works great, no bugs. I wonder when shazam is going to get off of their duffs and release for OS 6 already!

it IS already available for all devices, but just for the ones that lives in North America, i contacted Shazam Support, they gave me a link, which you can use for download www.getjar.com/shazam (Just available to download via Blackberry Browser)

Thank you for the info. That link really did work. Just one caveat: you should delete the old version before you download the load the new or you could get an error.

I love the app, but are unable to backup my tags when upgrading to a new OS. Any one know how to backup/restore My Tags?

I can't figure out a way to download the upgrade from App world online and App. On the web I see it but when I sign in it switches back to the old and the new one says my BB is supported.
