I came from a Palm software phone that I loved (I guess I was a Palm-o-phile?) and HATED the Blackberry because I couldn't figure out how to do all the cool stuff I did on my old phone that I KNEW the Blackberry could do! Blackberry gives you no clear information on how to work it. Thanks to this site, I'm sooooo happy with my phone and I am now a Crackberry-er!
