Set how many seconds you want the screenshot to take the capture after you ScreenShot (0 seconds to 10 seconds), six different output files (BMP, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, GIF and WBMP), a professional look and you can customise the file name, also automatically adding the date into each screen capture name.
