Unfortunately, there STILL is no support for the Storm (even though it works on the Torch).

That they have Torch support and nothing for the Storm which has been out much longer. With no love for the Storm this program will not be purchased by me

Any clue why every time I scan something my OS closes down and reboots ? This was very disappointing.

I have sent the email off to the address you provided.
I am thinking the problem maybe I am using 6.0 and I don't see that as a OS that is supported yet.

Still no fix on the rebooting problem
I have emailed a third time and was told it was being looked into and that was all , they may need to extent this offer.

We are trying to reproduce the issue but have not managed to do this yet. We have ordered some more Bold 9650 handsets from RIM to help us :)

On Wednesday, I was emailed a possible work around.
I followed them to a tee, when I tried to open to see if it would work I get a message my trail has expired an I need to pay $2.99 to continue. Why would I pay to SEE IF IT WORKS
I emailed back on Oct 13th with no reply and again on Oct 14th again with no reply.

We may never know if your outline works the way things are set up now.

The categories are sort of limited, I tried to search for an electric stove, there is no kitchen category or appliance category. On my search for "electric stove" I got all kinds of items including electric knives?? but only ONE stove came up?? Can you add an appliance or Kitchen category and how do I make the Search more productive?
