Any Canadians who have yet to pick up a new BlackBerry Q10 may want to check out Best Buy today. The retailer is offering the BlackBerry Q10 on TELUS, Rogers and Bell for $50 off the regular $199.99 price.

That means you can purchase and activate a new Q10 on a 3-year term for just $149.99, today only.

A quick check of the carrier sites and the devices are still sitting at full price and the sale appears to be in-store only.

Also, it looks like the sale is only valid until the end of the day, so if you want to take advantage of it you better act fast.

I wonder if they will sell them off-contract with the $50 discount. Wife wants to switch from z10 to q10 so maybe this is her lucky day!

My wife wants the Q10 but she is willing to wait until her current contract expires in October. I am hoping that by then the sales will be even better.

I'd wait, by October it might even be 49.99 or less.

There are already sales and specials, and it still hasn't come to the US. There aren't preorders or even a launch date...

I read an article today, "TELUS was first to launch a promo that gave a $75 credit to customers who decided to trade-in their old BlackBerry device. There was a bit of speculation surrounding this promo as one would think it would favour customers to transition to either the new Z10 or Q10, but instead they directed the credit to users signing up on a 3-year contract with a purchase of a white “Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Note II, Samsung Galaxy Ace II X, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. All BlackBerry models except BlackBerry Q10 and BlackBerry Z10 are eligible.”
