Rogers officially discontinues the White BlackBerry Torch 9800

Out with the old and in with the new. That's likely what is happening here now that Rogers has decided to officially discontiue the White BlackBerry Torch 9800. While there is still some stock available, you'll find that you'll be hard pressed to get your hands on White BlackBerry Torch 9800 from Rogers. With the supposed 7 new BlackBerry devices set to be released soon, we've got a hunch Rogers will be replacing much of their current BlackBerry line-up with RIM's new offerings.

Sucks to hear but I don't mind since I have a white one.. Stand out a bit from the crowd but does suck for the ppl who want a white one in the future

My Curve 8330 was giving me problems, so I went to my carrier (Telus) (2 months ago). He gave me a brand new Torch 9700 (which is AWESOME) for $300. He said it was a floor model or something ... but it was brand new. Said they got 3 in from their Head Office. (I guess they were just clearing out all the previous models)

And no ..... I couldn't wait till OS7 Bold 9900 came out. I can't work without my BB.

hmmm I sold my white torch cause I hated it so much lol prefer the black waaaaaaaay more. Good to see they are making room for the new devices *I hope anyways*

White Torches don't sell as well as white Curves (and white Bolds), purple & red Curves aren't popular either (but I know plenty of girls with pink bezeled Curves). White just doesn't look right on a Torch for some reason, I wouldn't want to see a white Playbook either.
