Hot off the press for you gaming fanatics I'm pleased to announce that Riptide GP is now in BlackBerry World. The jet ski racing game has proved popular on other platforms so a pat on the back to the developers for getting it over to BlackBerry 10 swiftly.

If you haven't seen the game before we will have a video in the next few days but in the meantime here's the highlights and features:

  • Explore 12 futuristic water raceways
  • Grab massive air and perform dramatic stunts to earn boost 
  • Unlock and master 7 screaming fast jet skis 
  • 3 game modes: Race, Hot Lap, and Championship 
  • Earn Achievements, post to Leaderboards and save to the cloud with integrated Scoreloop support

I know what I'm going to be doing for the next hour or so! Riptide GP is priced at £1.50/$1.99 - a bargain say I.

is there another way to steer the jetski besides tilt?

i prefer asphalt 6's touch controls: touch right side of screen to turn right and left side of screen to turn left.

Been dreaming of seeing this on BlackBerry ever since I've seen it on Android etc. Just bought and downloaded. I'm a happy BB10 owner!!! It just looks and plays awesome! Hopefully it will also come to the PlayBook!

According to the supported devices in Blackberry World it lists it as compatible with the Playbook. Not sure if they mean after the BB10 Playbook update happens.
