Contrary to whats posted by Brianezyk above: This ringtone does work on the 8830.

While at the boatshow at the Javitz Center in NYC my phone rang while checking out one of the yachts. The model on the boat immediately recognized the Tony Soprano ringtone. I thought it was pretty cool :-)

This is the best ringtone. It does work on the 8830, I won't even custom ringtone anymore, everyone gets this one!

It rings only once. Is there a way to make it ring a few times? It rings and then my phone is just silent until VM picks up.

Works great on the new 8900. If you need a ringtone that you can hear on a busy street, busy room, busy bar or club, busy or noisy anywhere, then this ringtone is perfect.

Great ringtone! For those who want it to last longer, I'd recommend the program Audacity. I used it to string it out to go 3 times in a row without a problem. Just throwing that idea out there for anyone interested. I'm new (just joined today) so I hope I'm not crossing any lines by throwing that idea out there.

For whatever it's worth. Took a long time to get Wifi to work, only to realize I never disabled Mac Filtering. Once I did that now I can use Wifi at home.

Guys.. I have no luck with this but if you want it to repeat.. I would use something like Adobe Premier and just add it to the track twice.. and save it as a mp3 file..

I took the advice of a previous person and downloaded the Audacity program. I have created a longer version of this ringtone in both mp3 and wav files. I tried it out on my Storm and only the wav file sounds right. If you would like a copy please email me and I'd be happy to share.

This ringtone is awesome. my only beef is that its just over a second long so theres a long break between rings. In soprano's his rings has a break as well but no where near as long. If it would repeat about 1.5 seconds faster than it does it would be perfect. I just dont like hearing it ring once and then having to wait 3-4 seconds to ring again. it should ring every 1.5-2 seconds. I have avs audio editor that i just downloaded. there are so many features i dont know how to use this program. can someone tell me how to do this?

I've been looking for this ringtone for a while. I just downloaded it to my computer and E-Mailed it to my blackberry tour. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.
