how do you get the ringtones on here to your black berry...i just got a blackberry and i have downloaded and even emailed some of these and yet still dont have it on my phone anyone help?

WELL WHAT I DO IS I CLICK ON THE RINGTONE I WANT AND THE CLICK ON THE LINK THAT SAY EMAIL RINGTONE THEN IT TAKES ME TO THE SCREEN WHERE MY RINGTONE IS AND THEN I JUST SCROLL DOWN TO WHERE MY EMAIL ADDRESS SHOWS AND THEN CLICK ON THAT LINK AND IN SECONDS I GET THE RINGTONE ON MY BLACKBERRY. WRITE ME IF YOU STILL CANT GET IT OK ILL BE HERE.

I havent downloaded the software for my blackberry to my pc and dont want to, my blackberry is for personal use.

How do I down load a ringtone just using my blackberry

( ok guys I know this is a silly question but im new to smart phones, and to be honest havent a clue how this thing works)

Connect the USB to your phone and the other end to your computer. Go into MY COMPUTER and select the file that shows G:(the name of your phone ie Blackberry).

Whatever file you want to download into your phone, simply click and drag into your phone file.

Then you're done! Take the plug out. Go into your media folder in your phone and select the file you downloaded!

Rather than downloading it, try the email option and send it to your phone's email address. Then once you open the message, scroll down until the link selects itself and click on it with your roller-ball then choose "Get Link". As the link starts to connect it will ask if you want to Open or Save or Cancel--pick Save and it will open in your phone files and you can rename it (if you want to) and save it. Hope this works for you!

what you do is instead of downloading the ring tone email it to your self and open the URL it should download to your phone instantly

The easiest way for me to download ringtones to my 8330m is to go to Crackberry on my desktop. Download the ringtones to a folder (I call mine "Blackberry Ring Tones"), in the documents section. After you have all of the ring tones your little heart desires, plug your blackberry into the computer.

Go to the folder and highlight the first tone(don't click on it, just highlight it).

Hold the shift key and scroll to the bottom of the list (all of the tones should be highlighted.

Right click on the list and click "copy".

Go to the drive that your blackberry is in and open it.

Open the Ringtone Folder on your Blackberry and right click the mouse and click "paste".

After you dis-connect from the computer, go to the media folder on your blackberry and you should see it scanning at the bottom of the screen. When that finishes, open your ringtone folder and shazaammm, there they are.

OMG. Who would want to have to hear this horrible song every time their phone rang?? It's making my ears bleed... If I had to hear this coming from someone's phone I think I'd have no choice but to slap them in public.
