The BlackBerry Torch 9810 may not be as popular or as expensive as the flagship Bold 9900 but if you own one chances are it will be one of your most beloved and precious possessions. So instead of slinging it in a pocket where it can get scratched, bouncing around with keys or loose change why not consider the Seidio Spring-Clip Holster? I actually use one of these myself with my Bold and I love it. Carry on reading to find out why I love mine so much as we get hands on with the Torch 9810 holster.
As I mentioned earlier I am a huge fan of the Seidio Spring Clip Holster and it comes down to two main reasons. The first is I like the look and design of the product. It is different to any of the official BlackBerry cases/holsters that they produce. And secondly, its ease of use. Removing the BlackBerry one handed can take a little getting used too but one you have the knack it feels great, snapping it back into place.
In terms of build quality, the holster feels rock solid. Its spring-clip is as stiff as it needs to be and the way it is designed ensures that once it is on your belt it can't fall off. With the clip's ability to swivel you have the option to wear your BlackBerry at any angle to best suit your requirements. In fact you have a choice of seven different angles!
The inside of the case is lined with a felt material. This will ensure the screen of your Blackberry is not scratched. The same applies for the clip at the top of the holster. Located inside is a strip of rubber to protect the top of your device. Very thoughtful Seidio.
The holster also contains the magic powers of the magnet like on many official BlackBerry cases, therefore enabling 'sleeper mode'. This means that as you click the Torch 9810 into the holster the screen will automatically turn off. And upon removal the opposite happens.
