Although the carrier (AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless) backed Isis NFC Mobile Wallet system has been off to a slow start and reportedly suffered some set backs as of late, that hasn't stopped that trials in any sort of way and things are forging ahead.
When it comes to Isis and BlackBerry 10, Proxama has now announced they'll be building the Mobile Wallet application for the BlackBerry 10 platform to ensure Isis support for the devices when combined with carrier approved NFC SIM Cards.

Proxama to develop NFC solution for the Isis mobile commerce platform
