Around the world newspapers. You will have it. ;-)

I am disapointed. This is already available on the playbook. I was rather hoping that RIM would have developed their own newstand for magazines and newspapers. One that would recognize current subscriptions etc. This just feels like another KOBO situation. I am not angry, but I am disapointed.

Wonder if the OS 2.0 will come with Air Browser preinstalled?

The Playbooks at DevCon had it, granted it is a free app.

I'm still missing the NYTimes and The Economist. Hopefully this will come with the android player.

More promisses pinned onto the unicorn that is OS 2.0....

I'm confused by your post, this is already available and will just be Automatically included in the 2.0 update. So its not really a promise, rather a fact.

The irony is that this does not have the Record or Chronicle (the 2 Waterloo papers)!

Hope it can be deleted if preinstalled unlike Bing maps. PressReader is nice and convenient but many of those newspapers can be read on BlackBerry News for free.

I use Bloomberg, the economist and yahoo on the web for most of my news. But it would be nice to browse on a newpaper.

Do we have to pay for this?

I'm pretty sure the app is free but most of the news papers in the app are not.

At least I can finally subscribe to my local newspapers and read it on PlayBook.
