BlackBerry Internet Service 2.7 will be rolling out 6/26 11 PM- 6/27 3 AM throughout the US, Canada and finally the Americas. Customers will not have access to their BIS accounts during the 4 hour maintenance window which will bring new features and services to BlackBerry devices, although this upgrade when looking at the changes list is rather incremental and appears to be more of a maintenance release then an actual upgrade.
Is that 11pm Eastern?
When can the rest of us expect the upgrade?
What happened to all the new Gmail features that were mentioned about halfway down the following page?

Anyone know what time zone? Out west, this could mean 8 pm.
Are all the carriers implementing this simultaneously? That would be the first time. In some previous BIS upgrades, different carriers have implemented such upgrades several months apart. Can someone confirm this? I find such a simultaneous change for all carriers to be historically unprecedented.

VZW could not give me any information other than there is a data outage in my area (Philadelphia). I have not had service since 12 noon and no ETA on when it is coming back up.
All three of my phones are on verizon. The only phone on exchange is down. This is miserable.

I received an email yesterday about the outage. It's 4 hours in duration and starts @11pm Pacific and states it is an upgrade outage.

I've got no BIS service on my Bold and my boyfriend has none on his 8310.

i dont see the new version.. is it a separate site u need to log into for Verizon BIS?
ever since the update i cannot send texts bbms or calls, i can recieve texts and bbms. it got it to work for about an hour yesterday, but now it doesnt work agian. why is this? and did anyone notice the 2 new verizon icons on you main menu?
