Pink BlackBerry Curve 9300 exclusive to Phones 4 U
I am not particularly a fan of the color pink when it comes to gadgets ... or sports gear for that matter. I've always hated when I go to a "ladies" section on sports websites, only to find that it just means they have the gear pink -- Not really my style. Of course for others, pink is all they want. When making my rounds today I came across the BlackBerry Curve 9300 in pink, which is exclusive to Phones 4 U.
It available on Orange, Vodafone and O2 networks from £20.50. It is also available on pay as you go for £149.99. If pink is your thing get down to a Phones 4 U store or order online.

I thought that those phones were only available in emerging countries since they would basically be a couple steps back to allow for a cheaper phone to get it into more hands? So are all these companies selling it in the high blackberry consumer area's like UK, Germany, Netherlands etc? i

That is one fugly looking phone. IMHO it makes it look like a toy, which, IMHO cheapens the brand.

I'm not a fan of pink devices either but the softer pink devices are cute. This is a horrible pink.

It could be worse...they could release the Porsche BB in that color. Think about it (but not too long).
1oo1 Feb 7, 2012 at 11:41 pm
+1 This is exactly what was in my mind.
If you were to receive either the Porsche BB or this Pink BB,for free, which one would you choose( only in terms of looks, forget that it's a 9900 vs a curve)?
Tough choice huh :s

If you don't like it, don't comment negative about it. You always have to judge things like that. Personally this blackberry is geared towards PAY AS YOU GO customers and BUDGET MINDED PEOPLE. If you judge others the same way you do with a smartphone, it makes you all look bad.
I PERSONALLY LOVE THIS CURVE AND WISH WIND HAD IT, I WISH MY 9900 WAS PINK!! I EVEN HAVE A PINK CAMCORDER FOR FUCKS SAKE!!
Stop the judging, it bores people. Closed minds for sure. If I had the extra cash and it was AWS 1700, I would damn well buy it!!! I WOULD!!
Onna808 Feb 8, 2012 at 9:25 pm
It's not even a nice pink, looks like pepto!

We have been waiting to hear an official date for OS 2.0 a really long time from BlackBerry or a RIM employee. Ever since the first whispers of a date were published, it's all been speculation. Today though we got some official RIM confirmation. At the Developing Native Games with the BlackBerry NDK 2.0 Webcast today, Angel Aldana, RIM Manager (Latin America Alliances), confirmed the official date of PlayBook's OS 2.0 launch to be... Tuesday, February 21st! Barring any setbacks, we will have a shiny new OS on our PlayBooks in about 5 days! This is awesome.
