Every so often I find myself heading over to the UK carriers and retailers websites - more than often to see who's 'not' selling BlackBerry 10 devices. Today I ended up with Carphone Warehouse who historically have been pretty loyal to BlackBerry. I was quite surprised when I hit up the BlackBerry Passport page as the two color options were not quite what I was expecting - Black or the new Silver Edition.
What's also interesting here is that there's no price difference between the two variants, unlike when you buy SIM free. As you would expect with Carphone Warehouse, you can get the handset on a few different networks and prices start from just £27.50 per month with unlimited calls, unlimited sms and 1GB of 4G data. For you heavy data users though there's plenty of options - going up to 25GB on a Vodafone contract.
So, this is really just a heads up if the silver BlackBerry Passport looks your cup of tea. Will you be taking advantage - let us know in the comments?
