PhotoNote - Take Pictures with Notes for Reminders, To-Do List or Sharing Ideas with Friends

New from Swoosh Software is PhotoNote. The handy app allows you to easily take photos on your device and add quick notes to them. To start just fire up the app, then choose New Note. You can either take a new photo with the camera, or pick an item from your library. After you take/select the image, type in a quick note and you're done. You can view your full list of notes for review, or fire one off as an email to a friend. PhotoNote can be used as a personal diary for traveling, a visual to-do list, a handy shopping tool, reminder app and more. The items are all sorted for easy vieiwing with the thumbnail side-by-side with the note text. PhotoNote sells for $4.99 in the CrackBerry App Store and a free trial is available.

Geeeez Adam. I hope you get ripped apart on that by all the Pearl owners out there. it's a fine device for the right person. Smartphone Hierarchy of Needs, remember? :)

I am not sure how the PearlFlip was made for, it is thicker than a good club sandwich. I love the 8120 though and am really looking forward to the 9100 with 3G and the optical trackpad.

Why should I have to pay 5 dollars for this app. Well I don't have to, but it should be included. It is cool and everything, but 5 dollars is over the top for this app and I hope people don't pay for it.

Why can't RIM just make this an add on for the memo-pad

why cant RIM make custom LED colours an add on to the next os too that way i didnt have to pay 5 bucks for berrybuzz....life sucks we deal with it
im crazy I paid the 5 bucks... I like the idea of the app....shame on me I guess

Cool idea I admit but I fail to see the usefulness for basic note-taking and reminders... However, this could be a great tool for like realty (esp apartments) if it had the ability to fire off an email with multiple pictures/descriptions (notes)... Being used as a diary is also great but it would be sweet if it could then post somewhere instead of being stuck in the phone... Basically I'm saying great app but will be a lot more useful if it had more export options... Maybe I'm asking too much?....

I don't know if you'll read this, but an option to mms as well as email would be sweet. Lol, none of my buddies have blackberry's so if I want to send them something I just mms it.

I have downloaded the trial and love it. Cant seem to find any info on the term of the trial however.....not sure if i should buy now or wait 30 days...are there any features i will unlock if i purchase?? what will happen if i dont purchase??
really it seems to be a good product but information is limited to a couple of screenshots and some vague information on what it may or may not do

I'm using this in conjunction with Evernote. Evernote is fantastic, but there is no option for local notes. This is good for the notes you need to have off-line/easy access to.
