I have T-W, and my Internet worked fine.

Posted by BaconMunch Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Look what happens when RIM offers clear, concise and timely information. Stop the spread of misinformation!

Posted by Ben1232 Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

It would be pure hell and miSiri if we actually did have another 3 day outage. ;)

Posted by newcollector Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I am on ATT and experienced internet issues via phone and via computer. Glad RIM is in the clear.

Look at it on the bright side: BBM is working, Emails are working... cause we are all on BB. But if we were on an iPhone or Android, no messenger or email services would be working since ISPs are having problems.

Not much positive news going on lately for RIM... so lets celebrate this one!

In canada, teksavvy was blaming bell as well.

I woke up and both bis / fixed internet was down. Thought the internet crashed rofl!

Posted by sk8er_tor Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Not only Teksavvy, but other ISPs were down in Canada. Pathcom was also down.

Posted by cbphun Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

My ISP is working fine, but not the txt service, moreover 3rd party which using BIS to update wont even work (weather apps i.e)
I dont get that ISP bullshit, smthing big is happening on RIM.

Posted by xqzu Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Guess you will never be happy even when they already told you what's up.

Posted by cbphun Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

RIM fanboy detected?
I will be definitely ok when the service i've aquired work as supposed, I give a shit about excuses when you pay for a quality service as BB is. Period.

Posted by xqzu Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

No. I am not a fan boy, I am not an idiot though. I understand how the technology I use works. This issue was not with RIM can you not understand? The issue if you MUST blame someone was caused by a network outage that TWC encountered today. Read up how the Internet works before you start pointing fingers and if you don't care to learn how it works, then stop blaming the wrong party because that only makes you an idiot.

Nice detective work there. Undressed RIM's facade of lies just by reading one statement. /s/

Posted by sk8er_tor Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

ISPs are down. Read up on it before BSing on here.

Posted by cbphun Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

You have to read again Sir, and take note what im talking about. Thanks.

Posted by sk8er_tor Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

If your mobile provider's Internet is down, how will your phone connect to anything?? Please tell me.

Posted by Ritzcracka Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

They really need to move away from the centralized system that requires their back-end for services. I don't care if it's a RIM-owned switch or a problem with their ISP, bottom line is Blackberries were having issues again this morning.

Posted by xqzu Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

RIM, Apple, Google do not own the Internet and they cannot control what happens outside of their realm. It was not just BBs that were experiencing the issue. You want RIM to fix this outage that is over and done with, well I'd like to fix stupid, but I cannot.

Posted by sk8er_tor Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

It's not THEIR ISP. They're up and running on their end.

Posted by xqzu Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I know it was not their ISP, it's the other guy who thinks it's RIM. I know how the Internet works, thanks.

Haha, I didn't Reply to you!

Canada Rogers here, fb app weather app whatsapp not updating or connecting. Internet's fine, not sure about emails. Hope they (Time Warner Cable) resolve the issue soon

Posted by leontam Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Well, just miraculously went back up I think

Posted by jtvoxboi Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

...this time we should start a class action against TWC... ...L......O.......L...... ...hey maybe my internet experience was interrupted while I was sleeping... ...that's got to be good enough reason to crucify somebody....

Posted by landolambert7 Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Apparently this ISP issue is international. My BB Torch is running fine. All apps are connecting. But my net at work was unresponsive and the net in my room has been down for hours. Thank God my BB is working. Way to go RIM and #teamblackberry ~ CrackBerry Torch Addict

Posted by pastorbrad Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Hmmm...would that explain why Berryweather refused to update this morning, gave an error message - "HTTP error 504"? All fixed now.

Posted by skelectric Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I was actually trying to get on crackberry.com this morning and was having trouble, I knew my trusty crackberry couldn't possibly be down, lol

Posted by pastorbrad Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

Had same issue, the link to the mobile CB site came back "unknown"

Posted by Siefer999 Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

The payment processing company that my workplace uses was having issues as well.

Posted by gordonzhao Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I blame Skynet, I mean Siri, trying to to take over the mobile web. Jobs is still amongst us trying to take us down!

Posted by erin_elizabeth Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I have Time Warner Cable and we're ALWAYS having problems with them. I wish we could get a different provider, but we can't.

Posted by CrackBerryHarry Monday, Nov 07, 2011 199 days ago

I hope the public is half as tough on Time Warner as they were on RIM.
