Official OS 7.1.0.649 for the BlackBerry Torch 9850 from China Telecom

China Telecom has officially released OS 7.1.0.649 for the BlackBerry Torch 9850. While this is an official release, remember to use caution when updating your device. Well now it's an official os but i've had the leaked one for over a week already, and it is really laggy

Of course, nothing for the 9860. Doesn't matter...the mic doesn't work on updates for AT&T phones anyway.

What is in the software that permits me from putting this software on my 9860? Both the phones are the same, just like the 9900/9930.
