Boost Mobile has officially released OS 7.1.0.477 for the BlackBerry Curve 9310. While this is an official release, remember to use caution when updating your device. If boost would have got something a little better than a 9310 I might have picked it up. Heck a 9350 would have been okay.

Always back up everything on your device before doing any major install or re-install. From my experience of losing data/files/movies, etc. I try to back up my phone at least twice/month anyway.

Any reason AT&T doesn't have OS 7.1 yet? It's ridiculous that AT&T doesn't have this and Boost Mobile does.

Boost has the latest of the latest. I assume the next carrier to release it for the 9900, 9810 and others will shoot it out. Don't wait for AT&T, remove the vendor.xml files and update it.
