You can't install .exe OS' on a Mac, you have to wait for it to be pushed to Desktop Manager.
Especially if your device isn't with US Cellular, cause that update will never show up until it is made available by your carrier specifically.
Install some VMWare or Bootcamp and do it through Windows -- pretty much the only way it can be done on a Mac until it gets pushed to Desktop Manager.

Start windows on your Mac. 1: install desktop manager 6.1 for windows. 2: download 7.0.0.464 from us cellular website and install it. 3: plug in your phone into USB 4: start desktop manager. It should now prompt you to install new update. If not, then go to the upper left side of desktop software window and find update phone. Click it and it should update. Let me know how it went. I know another way to install it but is a little more advance. Enjoy..... I almost forgot. Just make sure you do a backup after the first step

I'm stuck at work right now so I'll have to wait until tonight to update! I hope it allows us to turn off that annoying close keyboard bar I'm always hitting by accident.

Verizon's 7.0.0.374 fixed that issue with the keyboard.
