If you're looking to give your BlackBerry Bold 9780 some new OS love then you'll be pleased to know that Partner Communications Israel has OS 6.0.0.723 now available for the BlackBerry Bold 9780. At this point, not entirely too sure what the update may fix or what new app versions it may contain but if you're going to be giving it a go let us know what you find in the CrackBerry forums. As always, if Partner Communications Israel isn't your carrier -- just go ahead and remove the vendor.xml file and you'll be able to install this OS.

How much will this affect the onboard memory? Will the pre-installed software just be over-written or something?

Well i just see when i upgrade to *.723, that BBM is downgraded...... Is this normal that it downgrade BB Apps????

Yeah that does happen. Just re download the applicatlions; you will usally get a app world request to upgrade certain apps

btw, what happens to the free gifts in AppWorld after 31st Dec 2011? Will be still be able to download them via our AppWorld accounts? I am asking because we've been doing constant upgrades and ability reinstall is very important.

henghs, just saw your post just now. I immediately did after making my post. Like I reported, PIN messaging is still a problem. Already had 1 incident where it disappeared. Haven't had any further experiences yet. I will need to observe this further. Radio reception is excellent though.

I updated mine. As of now, it seems like the stutter keyboard is gone. But.. Just don't know yet. Still trying all the stuffs tho. And it's kinda hard to update bbm and other stuff. And it's kinda weird i can't even connect earlier to my wifi connection. Now, its working but it seems like the connection can't download anything. Weird huh? :-/

HELP! I'm trying to un-nuke my BB 9780 but I am stuck in the process. I downloaded OS 6.0.0.723 for the BlackBerry Bold 9780 from Partner Communications and installed it. Now, when I start the App Loader I am getting the following message: "The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator". Can you help me with this???
