While the above advert may not be the most exciting in the world it is nice to see that Vodafone are pushing the BlackBerry Curve 9320.

BBM is mentioned which is clearly targeting the youth market here in the UK. All the cool kids have a BlackBerry! With RIM receiving negative press on a daily basis these days it is encouraging to see that in some parts of the world the BlackBerry is still kicking the other operatings systems into touch.

Nice job Vodafone. You have earned some extra respect points from the CrackBerry Nation.

You know, I always thought Vodaphone was a French carrier. I was surprised when this advert was in English.

probably to do with vodafone being british i guess :P

Superfly_FR

Vodaphone in France is "SFR" :)

The ad's been running for a few days. So true, though. If you are a teenager in the UK, a Blackberry is pretty much an essential requirement for basic levels of coolness to be achieved.

I had my new new 9320 in work on Thurs/Fri last week and loads of my students came up to have a look at it. Makes a change from them trying to borrow BB chargers or usb cables.....

Even from a US standpoint I like the commercial. Been seeing a lot of new angles from RIM here lately and I like most of them.

Why can't we have these kinds of ads in the usa?

"Here come the honeys" Lol

Why is this a good ad? There is absolutely nothing good about it.

You can't even see through those clouds over your eyes.

Front of the phone looks like the 9900 but the back looks like the regular Curve series

Positive angle of the day: we -in Europe- still perceive Blackberry as a *major* actor. :D
