Having been on-board for the launch of the BlackBerry PlayBook, EA's Need for Speed: Undercover is certainly one showing of just how well the BlackBerry PlayBook can handle gaming when developers make use of native SDK. Today, EA has gone ahead and pushed the latest version out to BlackBerry PlayBook owners bumping the release version up to 2.0 status. We don't have a change log for what was updated in this release but folks are downloading it and sharing their finding in the forums. i downloaded this app this morning.
didn't really notice any differences after playing with it. it seems to be more or less the same.
which is weird because the os number changed by a big amount. (from 1.3 to 2.0)

I dont see an update on my App Word

OniMessiah

I have a notification in the upper left corner of the home screen, but when I click it and go to App World, it doesn't show an update.

Just Me

This is a great game, good job EA. I sure hope to see NHL and Madden come to the PB this fall.

The only major improvement I noticed in the game was the car itself, the texture of the body seems smoother.

Thunderbuck

Yeah, noticed the update in App World but I can't say I've noticed any difference.

I've enjoyed the game, though, and I DO agree it's a great way to show off my PB's chops.

looks a bit smoother, and: multilanguage!
not that there was any need for this, but texts in menu and comments are now in Dutch for me
