Will give the pro version a try.

these list/ reminder apps are great, but only if you can share them, like between me & my wife.

HoneyDew is working great for us for shopping and "to-do" stuff as it automatically sync between two blackberrys.

It doesn't synchronize (yet ;)) but you can email the lists in plain text AND import them in to MyCart even with the free versions

I'd like to be able to sync to the Web. Let me know when and the pro version may be worth it.

Syncing is nothing. I want my camera to work like Google's barcode scanner. I'd like to add up my items without looking like one of those idiots walking around texting through the grocery store and bumping into things.

I created a new LIST then clicked on it to open. Then clicked on "Add Item". I added item name, Qty, and aisle. Then could not find any key that would add my item to the New LIST. WHAT IS THE SECRET to do this??? Better yet is there anywhere you can go for instructions on this app.?

The Enter key will be what your looking for, for most pop-ups;

Sorry I'll change to add that in to the MobiHand description so people know

Thank you for the info- On my BOLD the enter key added the item to my New LIST.

I would just like to say a big big sorry to everyone who has bought this app recently, but it seems I accidently uploaded the free version on to the Pro section!

The correct files are now online and you should be able to update MyCart 2.3 to MyCart! Pro 2.3 with no adverse affects on your lists but as a precaution it is advised that you back up your lists as draft emails before updating then importing them back in later;

Really really sorry once more! It could've happened to anyone! :(

I don't know why these grocery apps for BB cannot be like the Shopper app for Iphone/Itouch. It is so simple to use while shopping. I guess I'll give this one a shot since she has moved away for graduate school in CT, so I can't use her Itouch anymore.

Just downloaded the free version . . .

doesn't appear to be any included list of grocery-like items to select from, and after I've manually entered an item, that item doesn't appear to be available to be used again - so I need to manually enter it again the next time I want to create another list (providing I have checked off/deleted the item from a prior list).

So what's the big deal - can't I do the same thing in Notepad without needing to download another application & use up memory?

If you're going to tell me that what one would normally expect as basic functionality is in the pay version, then why offer this as free - just make the useful version available as a trial (or not).

Unless I'm missing the point on how to use this application . . . . .

Anyone using it? Good application? 411 needed...

The item appears in your list and stays in your list. It does not have to be entered manually again, unless you delete it first. If an item is checked off, it goes to the bottom of the list and turns a different color.

What I would like is something like what HandyShopper for the Palm OS does, which is provide you with an All vs Need view. So if you have items you want, those are the only ones that appear in your list vs all of them. As of now, you can use the checked off status to throw your items to the bottom of the list and compile what you need from there.

IMHO,
1)consider dropping the Aisle column and allowing more space for the item descriptions. Most people that shop regularly know what aisle the item they want is in. On my Storm it looks like not all the space is used that is available
2)allow for text on the Quantity line
3)the column header looks odd with the symbols surrounding Name
4)add maybe a Comment line for additional info

Otherwise a good program so far. Thanks.

x2 on dropping the aisle portion. I'm betting a lot of people have no use for it considering we usually shop at the same store all the time. it just cuts off the names of the groceries we need.

Minor Update to make Aisle and Quantity Optional!

PLEASE follow the upgrade instructions in the email you recieve from MobiHand!

Thank You

I developed a long grocery shopping list and then requested the list be sorted BY NAME and SHRINKWRAPPED. I then wanted to send that LIST by Email to myself to use in the kitchen as a checkoff as I needed something. There is no option to send any list in this format.
I only have an option to send the list by Email in order that I developed the list. Hope this feature can be developed. If it is only in the PRO Version I would gladly purchase it.

Thank you for updating this software and making the Aisle and the Quantity optional!! Now I have room to see everything on my list. This makes the software program more functional now. Great free program!!

One more thing I would like to see is an option to change the background color to white instead of black. These old eyes of mine!! LOL!

I also like what I was reading about the features in the Pro version. Ummmm.....might just have to buy that Pro version very soon.

Would be nice to add a shortcut for "new items" (ex. ALT + N).
