The Boy Genius' T-Mobile informant has provided some more inside news, though today's information is a lot less exciting than yesterday's scooped T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8320 release date.
Come September 4th T-Mobile is going to release three new colors for the BlackBerry Pearl. This is not the hopefully soon to be released BlackBerry Pearl 2; rather, its new lipstick to the original Pearl. The colors? Patriotic Red & Blue and hip-hop inspired bling bling Gold.
I do find it kind of funny that T-Mobile is going to release new colors for the Pearl, especially when you consider the information CrackBerry.com broke last week that Rogers has dropped the White BlackBerry Pearl! One carrier drops a color, another carrier adds three new ones. Go figure.
