That really was a great editorial that Chris wrote, RIM really needs to start having 'perfectionist' mentality and i truly hope that Thorsten's German mentality can influence that and bring necessary changes.

No it is pronounced knock-i-a as nokia is a city in finland 200km south of espoo if your going to try to correct someone please get it right in the first place, the norse pronunciation of the word is noughia with a horrible fleming noise in the middle i think the they you are referring to are american ces or english speaking presenters
