Live features a subtle green and grey color scheme and has three pages of apps right on your homescreen without all the clutter. The first 2 pages are all user defined (12 - 16 apps depending on device) so you can customize to your heart's content. The third page is your media page and holds all your most used media apps like camera, music, etc. Live uses the WP7 "metro" icon set that is quickly becoming more popular amongst theme developers.
