Back when we first checked out LensBoost for BlackBerry it was only available to devices running BlackBerry 7 and up. Now though, after an extensive beta testing period MBLWare has gone ahead and released it into BlackBerry App World for devices running BlackBerry OS 6. In addition to adding BlackBerry 6 support, the latest release also squashes a lot of bugs found in the intial release:
What’s new in 1.1.640?
- Light-leak Overlays added
- 1-Click sharing
- Tumblr support
- Completely rebuilt to maximize performance!
- Fixed Torch aspect ratio upon saving
If you're looking for an awesome way to enhance your photos, LensBoost is a great option. You can pick up the latest release from BlackBerry App World right now for only $1.99, which is well worth the buy in cost. If you're looking to know more, go ahead and
check out our full review. You can also skip on past the break to see some examples of how it can be used.

Been using Lens Boost for a few months now.
Its probably the closest app to instagram I've found for Blackberry.
My biggest issue is the frames. When it first came out you had access to a few really nice ones, especially the old film one, but they've since removed a couple with the updates. Why? I'm not sure, surely its better to have more frames. Hopefully they'll bring them back and add a few more.

I like the app, but it's really slow on my 9650. Awesome effects though.
