Leaked OS 7.0.0.336 for the BlackBerry Torch 9810

If you're proudly rocking a brand new BlackBerry Torch 9810 you might want to grab your USB cable and give OS 7.0.0.336 a try. While we're not exactly sure what has changed in this update, it's fresh and new so you might want to check it out. As always, make sure you back up your data first and heed the warning below.
*OS Disclaimer - Please Read: Keep in mind this is NOT an official release and as such is not supported by RIM or your Carrier. If you choose to install, do so at your own risk and only if you're comfortable in the process of upgrading and downgrading your device software. It is quite normal during operating system development for certain features to be crippled or disabled while others are tested, and these beta builds often reflect that. They are not always better. Depending on your BlackBerry comfort level, it may be best for you to wait for community feedback on a build before deciding to download and install for yourself or simply wait for the next official release. If you require support, you will find it in our CrackBerry forums via our extremely knowledgeable community base - do not contact your carrier or RIM for Beta OS technical support (their first course of action will be to advise you to downgrade to a supported OS). *

This couldn't have leaked yesterday? I'm not liking the upgrade process on os 7, it seems to screw up my email accounts and application setting when I do it
JUNN0 Aug 22, 2011 at 5:23 pm
I'm tired of all these Leaks for OS on phones dat haven't even hit the U.S. market yet, How can you leak a OS7 for phones that haven't been sold yet, this is what you call mixed priorities. Sell me a PHONE FIRST then leak the OS for the phone!!!
RPM_KW Aug 22, 2011 at 5:55 pm
Phone has been out for almost 2 weeks in Canada.
JUNN0 Aug 22, 2011 at 6:54 pm
Yea Canada, Thats NOT the U.S.
JUNN0 Aug 22, 2011 at 6:56 pm
I'm American not Canadian
Michelle Haag Aug 22, 2011 at 7:10 pm
You may be American, but CrackBerry is a worldwide site. Also, leaks are leaks and there is no control over what device gets a leak. And finally, the 9810 released on AT&T. http://crackberry.com/blackberry-torch-9810-now-available-att

does being american mean you have no patience or tolerance? patience = waiting for new bb7 devices because it is abundantly clear the rest of the world is getting new blackberry's before your country, probably due to your countries newly downgraded credit rating. tolerance = tolerating canada and the rest of the world as booming and emerging markets.
good day

Wow....everyone quit crying. Love to hear from someone that downloaded the new OS and what changes if any are there? Also, did anyone notice how if you change your wallpaper it only fits on the left side of the screen.
ridefuel Aug 22, 2011 at 9:36 pm
Just installed it, no problems upgrading. Haven't noticed any significant changes. Anyone else?
UnknownError507 Aug 23, 2011 at 12:52 am
Hey all,
I might thing this Update is just for small issues on writing i mean miss spelling, other then that i don't see any new changes for last Update.
Ill keep an eye on my battery life and browser.
maghedo Aug 24, 2011 at 12:22 pm
How do you properly install this? Any directions anywhere?
RevyRah Aug 31, 2011 at 4:44 pm
I've tried getting this installed twice and and haven't had any luck whatsoever. I only found one vendor file (Some people said there were multiple), deleted it, and yet unlike every other install I've done without any issues, this one eludes me.
Tips anyone?
