To go along with that BlackBerry Bold 9700 leak is the same OS for the BlackBerry Curve 9300. OS 6.0.0.358 is available for download, if you are a Curve 3G owner. As usual, back up your data before loading please.
*OS Disclaimer - Please Read: Keep in mind this is NOT an official release and as such is not supported by RIM or your Carrier. If you choose to install, do so at your own risk and only if you're comfortable in the process of upgrading and downgrading your device software. It is quite normal during operating system development for certain features to be crippled or disabled while others are tested, and these beta builds often reflect that. They are not always better. Depending on your BlackBerry comfort level, it may be best for you to wait for community feedback on a build before deciding to download and install for yourself or simply wait for the next official release. If you require support, you will find it in our CrackBerry forums via our extremely knowledgeable community base - do not contact your carrier or RIM for Beta OS technical support (their first course of action will be to advise you to downgrade to a supported OS). *

Beautiful. I just purchased a Curve 9300 for a family member about an hour ago. Now time to upgrade it to the latest OS 6 version :)

It isn't an official os yet.why not just wait for t-mo to release it?
big_time2 Nov 20, 2010 at 9:12 pm
Because tmobile won't be releasing the official os 6 before the end of this year.

installed no differences ... i guess is the same!
jonathan.vila Nov 21, 2010 at 10:34 am
well yes I notice a difference... the battery is full charged since last night from 100% to 96% in 12 hours... I think that is great... but yet lagging in the menu options.. the blue select bar just disappear while scrolling down and no youtube icon in the apps ... just that from now... but hello! Is the last version leaked so, lets tests this baby!!! haha

For some reason I don't like it. Where you send text messages looks really bad.
