Leaked: OS 4.7.0.164 for 9500 Storm!

Seems like this week is the week of leaks all around. This one folks is for all you 9500 owners out there, especially if you are not interested in any of the other buildS that are floating around such as the 5.0 iterations which of course suffer from some applications not working. Give this one a shot and share your impressions in the forum.

I am interested in this for my 9530 as well, have ran all of the leaks that have came out but .151 has been running so smooth it would be hard to leave it.

I switched to the newest 9530 leak. But it was just not as good as .151

A new leak will def be something to try though.

Errr, this is a 9500 release and it's no surprise the first few comments are 'oh no, wheres the 9530 release... its sooooo unfair... cmon verizon, you suck'!

Anyway, the going don't look so good for the 9500 5.0 release so we are still on a 4.7 OS. And yeah, I agree the .151 has been as steady as a rock so is it really worth the gamble?

not much difference between 151 and this as ffar as I can tell, just has the profile button from the homescreen on the blackberry menu like in os5

off the bat.... no instant messaging apps no msn yahoo aim google talk only bbm. no facebook either.
new feature called audio postcard.... take a pic and instantly create a photo frame add a voice note and send to your friends... tabbed browsing is ight..

played a video , i had to do a battery pull just to stop it!!
Edge browsing is faster.

Man the 9500 got two leaks in a 3 day span LOL. Show us the 9530 version now!

Upgraded to .164 yesterday and seems like the smoothest OS yet. Some things I've noticed from .151:

*Screen lock fixed
*Had an issue with .151 when answering calls, sometimes it would drop the call or answer button didn't work. Seems to be fixed.
*Data connections were timing out 15 minutes into browsing websites. Havent noticed this happening with this release.
*Less keyboard lag.
*Generally faster.

If there's anyting else I notice I'll post later.
