If you love BlackBerry Blend as much as I do, you're going to want to stop for a minute and fire up BlackBerry World. A new BlackBerry Blend app update has now arrived and is available for download. The change log on this one is pretty short and simply notes 'bug fixes' and does not call out anything specific, but improvements are always a welcome addition. With that in mind, if you happen to spot anything that was specifically improved, let us know in the comments. And for those wondering if the desktop apps were updated as well. It doesn't appear they were - just the BlackBerry 10 device app this time.

BlackBerry Blend has officially reached EOL status
If you're a fan of BlackBerry Blend, BlackBerry has quietly posted some disappointing news. According to their software lifecycle page, BlackBerry Blend as of July 31, 2016, has reached end of life status and will no longer be supported officially.
