A fresh update to BBM for Android has now arrived on the Google Play store and its one you're going to want to update to as soon as possible. This time around, there is a whole lot more than just the usual performance and bug fixes.
In addition to adding support for Android 6.0 Marshmallow, BlackBerry has also ditched the fees for all privacy and control features, meaning timed messages and photos, retract, private chat, and the ability to edit messages are now free. If that's not enough, there's plenty more as well, take a look at the full change log.
What's New
- All Privacy and Control features are now FREE – Timed messages & photos, Retract, Private Chat, and Edit
- Forward messages from one chat to another
- Ability to mute notifications for a multi-person chat
- Scroll through all pictures shared within a 1:1 or multi-person chat
- Choose if you want pictures taken within BBM chats saved to your device
- Improved BBM Voice call quality
- Marshmallow (Android 6.0) support
