Bowl Game Countdown

Are you one of the millions of people that are super excited about the SuperBowl this weekend?! If so, you're likely counting down the hours until kickoff, or until you crack the first beer, or (if you're like me) the first commercial to air. Developer LSphone has come out with Bowl Game Countdown to keep track of the hours until the big game. There are optional notifications, so the app will chime and/or vibe 2 hours before the game, then 1 hour, half an hour, and 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. One icon is included, a football, but you can add any image you like as the icon, and the time is fully customizable (though the date is fixed to Sundays), so you can use this app well beyond the big game this year. Available for devices running OS 4.3 and up (including BB6) and FREE, this app is a winner no matter which team you're rooting for! Click the link below to grab this cool app, and there are a couple screenshots after the break.

9 Comments day before the superbowl....i could get alot of use out this app...not! sure would be nice if they would have released this app like a month before the superbowl or something, that way there could actually be some counting down!

It was going to be released a week ago, but there was something that diverted attention from finishing this until a couple of days ago when it was released. Anyway, it will work for future years also, and is free. But you're right, it should have been out weeks ago, or months ago.

Nice artwork CB, and thanks for the mention.

I didn't know that Kenny McCormick played football for the CB team! although he over did it with the black glare paint...
