Karma Contest: Leave a comment letting me know which item you'd like to have out of the suitcase below and you could win it!

After spending a month in Toronto at CrackBerry's BlackBerry 10 Launch Campaign Headquarters, I flew home Sunday night. When I arrived at YWG, only four out of my five checked bags came shooting down to the luggage carousel. Missing in action was my Tumi carry-on, which I had to check because it was densely packed and weighed in at 40lbs (the carry-on max weight is closer to 20lbs).

My missing luggage never arrived Monday. It never arrived Tuesday. So by this morning I had written off that I would ever see it again. Nothing in the bag was mission critical for me -- I carry all that in my backpack -- but there was a lot of good stuff packed in there. A couple spare PlayBooks (along with my gold chain PlayBook necklace). A bunch of older BBs. A PC laptop. Bose computer speakers and iPod dock. CrackBerry stickers. Some Z10 cases. And more.

Then a couple of hours ago I got a call. My missing luggaged was found and a courier would be dropping it off soon. AMAZING. This was the first time I had ever had my luggage go missing on me. It's a horrible feeling. I'd rather not have it happen again. So to help keem my luggage Karma cup full, I figured it would make sense to pay forward a few things out of my bag to some CrackBerry readers. There's some solid stuff in there for CrackBerry addicts. Leave a comment to this post saying what you want, and I'll pick out a few lucky winners to have it. I wouldn't mind a Playbook so that I can video chat with the wifey when I'm travelling. It is always nice to be able to see her and make sure she is doing ok when I am on the road.

Why would you bring so much not-needed stuff with? You're just asking for TSA to check out your stuff. I guess they didn't want any blackberries!

Is it weird that I want one of the old blackberries? I need to get my older sister hooked on BBM already. Any old blackberry that can run BBM for me.

I had my luggage lost, with Air Canada, on a trip to Japan. Most stores there don't carry clothes for a 6'1" 200 lbs guy. So I was wearing the same clothes for a couple of days until they were found.

Anyway, the laptop would be nice.

My sob story consists of a cracked playbook that I have been enduring for months now because I lack the spare cash to get a new one :( So as to have an opportunity to get a replacement would definately help fill that karma cup you refered to. I use my playbook DAILY and am slightly embarrased to show its abilities off to friends because of the massive spiderweb running through the screen. So please consisder helping out a fellow abuser who is so addicted to BB that he continues to use a less than pristine Playbook consistantly. That is all :)

I put my Bold 9930 through the washing machine last week and have reverted to my old Storm2. I just called Verizon Wireless (I'm in US) to see if I could put a Canadian phone on their network and they said it's not possible. If you have a Bold 9930 in your stash and know of a way for me to use it on Verizon Wireless, I would love to have it. It looks like I won't be able to get the Z10 for quite some time due to finances. Thanks!

Ultimately, I could really use a new laptop, but unless that really had no value to you, I'd really feel bad making you give that away.

Therefore, a Playbook would be nice. The lady's Android Touchpad is really starting to die off and we could use a replacement. Plus would be nice to video chat with her!

You are so lucky you got it back with NOTHING MISSING!! So many horror stories of luggage that was ransacked and THEN returned!! I would LOVE to win anything blackberry that's Tmobile compatible, and be FOREVER grateful!!....as my 8320 is on its last legs!! But then again, that also means it could be an AT&T model, too!! I wish I had your luck! The few times the airline did find my luggage, stuff was either missing or broken. I should try what you are doing and see if it improves my luck with checked baggage. I wouldn't fight you if you would like to give up a playbook. I can give it a good home.

That Bose SoundDock would be a blessing for me to have. I seriously need a decent dock to use at home. They cost an arm and a leg here in South Africa.

I would like to have a Storm 2 cause I never had one.

I'd love a BB if you have one that would run on Verizon Wireless. I've been wanting to get back onto a BB (currently on Android), but can't drop the cash on a phone this close to the Z10 release!

Awesome you got your stuff back! If I'm not mistaken, that looks like a storm 2 down there. I may be one of the 1% who liked that phone and wouldn't mind having it again. If it's not, whichever touch screen BB you have would be karmalicious. And, of course, a crackberry sticker for the truck.
