Recently added to BlackBerry World is Jumper which as I write this is available to download for the BlackBerry Z10, however I have spoken with the developer who can confirm that a Q10 version has been submitted so everyone can enjoy the game soon.
The concept of Jumper is real easy but as you move through the levels it gets harder as you would imagine. You control Zombieguy and his mission is to smack all the ninjas. The way this works is that you drag a line of where you want Zombieguy to land and then tap the screen to make him jump. On the left side of the screen you are shown how many jumps you have to complete the level but fear not - you can pick extra ones up along the way.
Where things get tricky is when you have no navigate your way through caves and across big hills. Many of these will require some precise positioning of Zombieguy and this is where practice makes perfect.
The graphics in Jumper are ok, but nothing amazing and there could be more sound effects or background music but I'm sure the dev will take this onboard. The most important thing though is that the game play is smooth and pleasurable - and that's a big thing for me.
Jumper will set you back just under a buck and if you like this style of game it gets the thumbs up from me.
