While PlayBook owners are still getting to know their PlayBook OS 2.0 software, iPad fans are getting more than excited for Apple's big announcement tomorrow. And let's admit it, we know there are a lot of BlackBerry Smartphone owners out there with iPads too. So if you are the least bit curious about the next generation of tablet competition from Apple, be sure to check out our sister site tomorrow, Wednesday March 7, 2012, at 10am PT/1pm ET/6pm GMT. iMore will be hosting a special edition iPad Live podcast with Rene Ritchie as well as Simon Sage, and guest appearences from the Mobile Nations crew, including Phil Nickinson and our own CrackBerry Kevin. They'll be following along with the event and providing the usual mix of up-to-the-minute commentary, witty color, and expert analysis. The live chat will be in full effect, so you can comment right along!

iMore will also be getting all the big announcements up on the main page just as fast as humanly possible, so you can follow along via RSS, Twitter or Facebook. Then at 6pm PT/9pm ET/2am GMT Georgia and Rene will be back on Ustream for iMore's regularly scheduled iPad Live podcast, doing a full-on post game show and wrap-up with special guest David Barnard of App Cubby.

If you haven't already, check out iMore's complete rumor roundup and iPad event preview and then go and tell the iMore team what you're expecting to see from Apple tomorrow, or jump right into the iMore forums and share your predictions.

The big show is less then twenty four hours away, folks. Keep your browsers locked on iMore. In the meantime, this is CrackBerry and we love reading what our readers have to say, so drop a comment on this post with your thoughts.

Lol no doubt. Only hickup is where I live we only have cdma networks lmao I'm sporting a tour 9630 right now....

I want bell to get more CDMA phones!!!!!

Bell and Telus joined together to expand their GSM network Canada-wide so hopefully your area will be covered by GSM soon.

the thing is where im from we only have cdma network and bell has no plan on upgrading to even 3g anytime soon (why would they we only have a population of 26000 in Nunavut). kind of a bummer cause not many canadian carriers have cdma phones.

I want bell to get more CDMA phones!!!!!

Thank you Michelle but that comparison which I did see is hardly a huge post on the front page of imore about a PlayBook announcement or release.

I don't hate Apple, what I do hate is the Tech media industry fawning over everything Apple like it the second coming. There is a serious lack of objective coverage of all things Apple versus the crtique of all other companies products.

I like my iPad enough but way too much iHype.

It's amazing the buzz that Apple gets from every little thing it does.

Also if I wanted to read about apple products I would go to an apple fan site. I am on a BB fan site so I don't wanna read this here.

I heard that the upcoming ipad will be 100 percent leak proof and extremely comfortable, leaving you with the question why would I use anything else...sorry couldn't resist link l

BGR only reports on Apple speculation and negative RIM stories from "trusted high level sources". You want tabloid stories about tech, go indulge in BGR...where you can get the scoop on stories like 1. RIM discontinuing the PlayBook, 2. RIM not getting email working on BB10, or 3. The internal atmosphere at RIM.

As much as Iove my playbook, the web browsing experience leaves a lot to be desired.

The iPad 3 will provide that thanks to the stupidly high res screen.

If Apple springs a surprise and adds haptic feedback, and a quad core processor, they may as well have my money now and be done with it.

If they dont, then I may as well get a Galaxy Tab 7.7 when ICS is released for it.

I really don't mean to be mean (you all always leaves nasty comments about RIM, so let me return the favor)... with that being said... the i-maxi pad launched and they are still no way in BBPB's league. The maxi is boring compared to the PlayBook. I am an BESAdmin for a small org (a little over 200 users) and I have to test all mobile devices and the BlackBerry is so under appreciated its not funny. With the launch of OS-2, I have been able to demo the PB functions and actually got 4-VP's buying PlayBooks (that is big in the world of Apple). With nothing changing within maxi-pads this will give RIM the boost that they need to regain in market shares. They just have to stay true to their word (bring the BB10 devices when you say you bringing it, etc) and they will be fine!!!!!!

I will put my PlayBook aganist any of your I-Maxi-Pads and win in every catogory (to hell with apps all 500,000 thousand of them, especially if 100,000 of them are the same crap from different developers)

Let go R.I.M!!!!
