Interview with Mark Rigley, QNX Concept Design Team Lead [video]

We've seen the QNX concept cars more times than we can count at this point, but there is just something about them that draws us in. Perhaps it's the amazing wow factor we get from seeing all the gadgets in the QNX police car, or the crazy integration of the BlackBerry PlayBook in the dash of the QNX Porsche. Whatever it is, we've never really seen the team behind it all. Mark Rigley, QNX Concept Design Team Lead, took some time out to talk a bit on just what goes into the cars, winning Best In Show at CES and what's next for the concept team (hint: an awesome new concept car). Awesome! RIM needs to start a Canadian Car Company and just let QNX outfit the cars interiors with all the tech toys a gadget geek could imagine! A whole new Business opportunity! Partner up with Magna for design experience and manufacturing and partner up with Ballard Power Systems for alternative power source dive trains! Imagine the potential!
But back in reality, knock em dead and win best in show two years in a Row!!
