Interview: Jane McGonigal talks Gaming and Gamification at BlackBerry DevCon

Following Jane McGonigal's featured speaker presentation at BlackBerry DevCon, she sat down with @berryvic to answer a few questions. I didn't have a chance to attend her session, but talking to a few of the people who did attend they said it was really awesome.

Jane is phenomenal! She clearly understands the game industry inside-out and how organizations can take advantage of key game features such as feedback. I wish the girl interviewing her asked better questions to take the conversation in a more intense direction though....

Still, it's definitely a good sign that RIM has people like her on board. RIM has a lot of talent and they need to keep that talent to continue coming out with amazing products.

Having attended the session, I have to agree with jasonec's use of the term "phenomenal". I found her comments inspiring. If you get a chance to attend another of her sessions in future, by all means don't miss it!
