Step 1: Make Your "I Love My CrackBerry" Video

Make a video showing us Why You Love Your BlackBerry.

Get Creative! We're looking to be entertained here - make us laugh, make us cry.
Sing a song, make a commercial or do something zany to prove your BlackBerry love!

Video Requirements

- Videos must be a minimum of 30 seconds in length (can go as long as 10 minutes - the youtube max)

- At some point during the video you must use the words or phrase I love my BlackBerry or I love my CrackBerry

- As your video will be on youtube, it must conform to youtube community guidelines

Other than that, we're leaving it wide open for you to get creative!

Step 2: Submit Your Entry

- Upload your finished video to your YouTube account and notify us of your contest entry by Midnight PST on October 18th, 2009.

-  Email your entry notification to contest@crackberry.com. Please use the email subject "CrackBerry Video Contest" and in the message provide the link to your youtube contest entry video, your name, contact info, and give us any background information on your video that you think  we should know, for example: where it was filmed, who was involved, your thought process, etc. If we post the video to the CrackBerry blogs as a finalist we'll need this background info to help set the stage for your video!

* Tip: You might not want to share your video link with others until the final day of the contest entry period so nobody can copy your clever idea! * 

- All video entries will be posted on CrackBerry.com in a contest entry gallery (be sure to allow embedding of your video)

- From the entries submitted, our judging panel will narrow the entry selection down to the top ten finalists.
How will the finalists be chosen? We're looking for the "Wow" factor: Wow that was creative, Wow that was funny, Wow that was nuts! So WOW us!

Each finalist video will receive its own individual blog post on the CrackBerry blogs

Once all of the finalist videos have been posted, we'll run a poll and let the community vote on their favorites from there. Most votes wins!

Other Details and Fine Print

- You can have as many people in your video as you like, but it will only be counted as one entry (one prize winner per video submission). The person who submits the entry to us will be the individual we consider as the winner.

- BlackBerry Storm 9550/9520 and BlackBerry Bold 9700 Prizes will be awarded when the device is officially available.

- Disclaimer #1: Keep in mind these videos will be posted on youtube and on CrackBerry.com. Get appropriate consent by anybody appearing in your video.

- Disclaimer #2: While we love seeing zany and outrageous stuff, don't do anything that'll put you or anybody in your video at risk of suffering personal injury. CrackBerry.com will not be held responsible.

- No purchase necessary to enter. Entries can come from anywhere in the world, but English should be the primary language used for the video.
