Munch the corn with Hungry Birds for BlackBerry smartphones - and it's free

By James Richardson on 5 Dec 2012 01:11 pm EST

If you like a Pac-Man style of game then Hungry Birds will get your juices flowing (maybe) and best of all it is a free download from BlackBerry App World. The aim of the game is to guide your bird around the maze collecting what I can only presume is seed of some kind. The bad news is that there are evil creatures who will kill you if you bump into them.

On each level you will find a few pieces of corn which when collected will allow you to eat up the bad dudes making life a little easier for you. But be warned - this game isn't as easy as it sounds. In fact it is quite a challenge and there will be snakes coming after you too.

Controls are as simple as can be - just use the optical trackpad to manoeuvre your bird.

Features of the game include:

  • 21 exciting levels
  • Each level with new surprises and new challenges
  • When will the snake change directions?
  • Which snake will chase you?
  • When will they run from you?
  • Special seeds to gain snake killing powers! Special foods to help you score more.

+1. Indeed, and I already have a very good PacMan. Being using same one since my Curve 8330, works just fine on my 9900. Munch munch.
