Remember that service outage that BlackBerry users experienced a few months ago? It was a tough time for a lot of people, because as every one knows, most BlackBerry users are addicted to their devices. The video above shows a humorous take on one man's struggle with the outage, and the recommended solution. (Please note, the video is NSFW due to some colorful language.)

after seeing ur post i attached my Playbook to the HDTV via HDMI cable and touched the HD button on that awesome video quality is outstanding this is HD quality hands down.
i cant stop watching that video its too damn funny love it!!

The call from Steve was the best part of all.

I backed it up about ten times at the end and I still can't tell what the last two lines each of the people are saying - especially her last line. The accents are too thick.
