In preparation for some upcoming giveaways in our CrackBerry Mobile App Store, we figured we'd put together a little walkthrough/tutorial so if/when time is of the essence you'll know what to do!
** When we do software coupons, please note they will only work on the mobile app store powered by Mobihand (visiting crackberryappstore.com from your BlackBerry) and will not work on our website app store (software.crackberry.com). *
Step 1, as pictured above, open up your BlackBerry's web browser and head on over to CrackBerryAppStore.com. To save on this step in the future, once you're there you can scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the "Click to Download App Store Launcher" button which will install a shortcut on your homescreen.
How To Use a Coupon Code in the CrackBerry App Store
The App Store Homepage - We'll put any promo items up on the Featured Page
so they are nice and easy to find. Let's click the iBee Farting link!
iBee Farting has a free trial, but in this we have a 100% off discount code to use.
So click the Buy Link.
In this case there are three versions of the app - Bold, Storm and Curve 8900.
We're going to put it on our 8900.
The app sells for $1.99, but we have a coupon code. Put it into the
"Enter promotion code" field and click Update.
You can see the code worked - the total is now $0.00.
If you're an existing customer, enter your email address and password and hit checkout. If you're a new custor, click that button and hit checkout.
Keep in mind this is not your CrackBerry blogs/forums login. The store is on a separate system.
Enter your billing information - don't worry, if it's 100% off you won't be charged.
Then you're read to Submit Your Order!
You'll also receive an email to confirm your order that will also contain
the activation code if the app requires one. iBee Farting does require an
activation code, so you'll want to make note of it. Click the Download Now button!
Click Download to Install...

The installation was a GREAT success!!
Once installed, the app will appear in your Downloads folder.
Ahh... who doesn't love a good fart app.
Wet one. NICE.
Hit the Menu Key and Click Activate.
Enter the Activation Code you were provided.
That's it! Fully Activated!
